A Safe, Respectful, Halal Community
These terms explain the rules of our platform, including our zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour, and how you can report or block any member.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Royal Muslim Wedding ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of our website and mobile applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older who are legally free to marry. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is true and belongs to you, and that you are using the Service for the genuine purpose of seeking marriage. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One person may maintain only one account. Fake, duplicate, or impersonating profiles are prohibited.
- You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
4. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the profile details, photos, and messages you post or send ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Service. All Content may be screened by automated filters and by our moderation team before or after publication, and we may remove any Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on this platform. You agree that you will not post, send, share, or request:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit or suggestive content of any kind.
- Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, or content that demeans any religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, or community.
- Violence, self-harm, terrorism, or promotion of illegal activity.
- Fake identities, stolen photos, impersonation, or misleading marital or personal details.
- Scams, money requests, matrimonial fraud, phishing, spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation.
- Content that infringes anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights, including sharing another member's photos or contact details without consent.
- Requests for a physical relationship outside of marriage, or any use of the Service contrary to its halal matrimonial purpose.
Violating this section may result in immediate removal of the Content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without refund.
6. Report a User or Content
Reporting tools are available throughout the app so you can flag anything that concerns you.
- Where: every profile, photo, and chat screen has a ⋮ menu with a Report User option.
- How: choose a reason — fake profile, harassment or abuse, nudity or sexual content, scam or fraud, underage user, hate speech, or other — add an optional description, and submit. You may also report by email to info@royalmuslimwedding.com.
- Confidential: the reported member is never told who reported them.
- Our commitment: we review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting the member who provided it where the report is upheld. You are notified once your report is closed.
- Misuse: knowingly submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these Terms.
7. Block a User
You can block any member at any time, with or without reporting them.
- Where: open the member's profile or chat, tap the ⋮ menu and choose Block User. The block applies immediately.
- Effect: the blocked member cannot view your profile, send interests, messages, or photos, and your profile is hidden from their search results and match suggestions. Existing chats are hidden from your inbox.
- Manage: view or remove blocks under Settings → Privacy & Safety → Blocked Users.
- Private: the blocked member is not notified.
- Attempting to evade a block by creating a new account is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent removal.
8. Moderation & Enforcement
We use content filtering, profile verification, and a human moderation team to keep the community safe. Depending on the severity of a violation we may issue a warning, remove Content, restrict features, suspend the account, or permanently terminate the account and refuse re-registration. Serious matters, including any content involving minors or credible threats of harm, are escalated to law enforcement. We may take these actions at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in order to protect our members.
9. Safety Guidance for Members
- Involve your family or guardian (wali) early, as is customary in a halal marriage process.
- Never send money, financial details, or documents such as identity cards to another member.
- Share personal contact details only when you are comfortable, and meet only in a safe, public setting with family present.
- Report and block anyone who pressures you, behaves inappropriately, or asks for money.
10. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid membership. Prices, duration, and inclusions are shown before purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and managed under the terms of, those stores, including their auto-renewal and refund policies; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and no refund is due where an account is terminated for violating these Terms. We do not guarantee a match, a response, or a marriage.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we verify profiles and moderate content, we are an introduction platform only and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any member's claims about their identity, marital status, education, or intentions. You interact with other members at your own risk and are responsible for your own due diligence before proceeding with any proposal.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Muslim Wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of the conduct of another member, whether online or offline. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is used fraudulently, or if it is necessary to protect other members. Sections relating to content rules, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
