1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Royal Muslim Wedding app and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended only for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. You must also be legally eligible for marriage under the laws of your country or region (for example, in India the legal age of marriage is 21 for men and 18 for women). Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed, in line with our Child Safety Standards Policy.

3. Account Registration & Verification

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Mobile number and email verification may be required. Royal Muslim Wedding reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, or suspend any profile at its discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You must provide truthful information, behave respectfully, and follow Islamic values when using the Service. Harassment, abusive behavior, fake or impersonated profiles, solicitation, fraud, and any unlawful activity are strictly prohibited. Misconduct or misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

5. Content Standards, Reporting & Blocking

Royal Muslim Wedding has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are not allowed:

• Sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Any content that exploits or endangers minors (see our Child Safety Standards Policy).
• Spam, scams, or content that violates the rights of others.

Every member can report a profile, message, or photo, and block any user, directly within the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content and offending accounts — including removal and banning — within 24 hours. Serious matters are escalated to the relevant authorities where required.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Certain features (such as enhanced profile visibility, messaging, contact viewing, and advanced matchmaking) may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed to your store account. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once premium services have been activated. However, purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms, and any refund requests are handled in accordance with their rules. Please review all plan details before purchasing.

8. Privacy & Child Safety

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy. You control what information you share with other members. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, as detailed in our Child Safety Standards Policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account or by contacting us, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Royal Muslim Wedding provides a platform for matrimonial introductions only. We do not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or the accuracy of information provided by users. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Muslim Wedding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interactions with other members. You use the Service and engage with other members at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
